Refund and Returns Policy – RUHE THREADS
At RUHE THREADS, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and for that reason, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at ruhethreads@gmail.com with their order details and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process. Customers may be required to ship the product back to our provided address or follow the pickup instructions if available.
After we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the product meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take approximately 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account, card, or wallet used at the time of payment. For any failed or canceled transactions, the amount will be automatically refunded within a few working days.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. This includes products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging and tags. Additionally, any items purchased during special sales or clearance offers may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images and details. We will ensure a replacement or refund is processed at the earliest.
RUHE THREADS reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with our policy terms.
